Navigating to the Open Issues Tab
1. On the left menu, click the Issue Hub link.
2. Click the “Open Issues” tab.
Sorting and Filtering Issues
Now you can sort and filter your open issues by clicking on the field you want to sort by.
For example, if you wanted to sort your issues alphabetically by who they were assigned to, click the “Assigned To” tab and select A-Z.
You could also filter for a particular word or phrase, such as in the Issue Subject, by using the filter.
The Issue Hub provides an easy, centralized way to sort through all of your issues in Issuetrak with the click of a button! Since this blog was originally published, we have expanded the functionality of this panel by including ways to customize the appearance of the Issue Hub, as well as mass updating Issues with the click of a button! Managing your issues has never been easier.
