An Enhanced Issue Hub

Issuetrak 17.7 introduces fresh UI for cleaner views. With the addition of powerful filtering capabilities within the Issue Hub, system administrators make it easier to create precise Views that surface the most relevant issues.

With more control over how issues are filtered and displayed, teams can quickly focus on priorities, reduce time spent searching, and manage workflows more efficiently.

In addition, views can now be exported in CSV or XLSX formats. This makes it easier to analyze data outside of Issuetrak and share insights with stakeholders.

Expanded Reporting and Data Access

Reporting capabilities have been significantly expanded in this release. Administrators now have access to four new datasets, providing deeper insights into system activity and performance.

Summary Reports

To make reporting more accessible across teams, all users can now export Summary Reports. This enhancement allows more people within your organization to access and share key insights without needing additional permissions or workarounds.

The result is better visibility, improved collaboration, and faster communication across teams.
