Implementation $2,000

A series of 1:1 sessions with your Implementation Specialists, from kickoff to go-live, with admin and staff training along the way.

Training, virtual or onsite $1,600/day

Full-day, in-depth training on every corner of Issuetrak. Everyone walks away knowing how to do their job in the system, not just where the buttons are. Whatever your training needs, come ready to learn. Onsite travel expenses billed separately.

Consulting $200/hour

No challenge is too big or too small. New feature configuration, task workflow guidance, full site overhauls, or a second opinion from someone who has seen a thousand sites.

Managed Services $200/hour

You know what you want. We do the clicking. Tell the team what your site needs, and past requests have ranged from a single Issue Template change to a full site reconfiguration.

Site Audit up to $400

Businesses change. A site audit checks that your Issuetrak configuration still fits yours and points out what could be working harder. Pairs well with Consulting or Managed Services.

New Admin Training $400up to 2 hours

People come and go, and inheriting an Issuetrak site is a lot less daunting with a guide. We walk new admins through everything they need to run the place with confidence.

Bring your history with you.

The Data Services team has spent years moving records into Issuetrak from old tools, spreadsheets, and shared drives. They do it in bulk and with care, so nothing gets lost along the way. Once your data is in, they handle mass updates too.
