What's New in Issuetrak 16.2

Asset Management’s Visual Upgrade

We’ve concocted a new seasonal brew to transform the look of every Asset Management page.

Many of the most used pages now have a more intuitive layout, putting the most useful and relevant information front and center.

Additionally, we’ve added a new Date UDF type for Assets, and have made tables easier to navigate.

Finally, we just couldn’t leave an odd one out! Issue Forms also received an asset management related  update: asset fields are no longer required on your custom forms.

Multi-Select Issue UDFs

Many of you have long requested multi-select List UDFs for issues. 16.2 makes this feature a reality—no tricks, only treats.

Creating multi-select UDFs is easy. You can even convert existing single-select lists at the push of a button. Beyond creating them, using these new lists on issues is powerful and opens a world of possibilities.

Boosted Issue Performance

We made refinements to issues to increase performance—especially on issues with lengthy notes or issue forms with several filterable lists. Issues remained performant throughout testing, even after throwing mountains of issue data at test sites running 16.2. We hope this keeps your teams running efficiently and smoothly.

Enhanced Security Option

To improve your site’s security, there is an option on the Security page to prevent the login screen from displaying when users log out.

As with all our releases, the Issuetrak crew stomped on a few bugs caught in our cobwebs, while also improving overall application performance and security. Read these in more detail in our 16.2 Release Notes.
