“Taylor has always distinguished herself above others,” CEO Dan Flowers said. “She brings balance, leadership, and attention to detail, and has proven herself to be one of my most trusted peers. I’m thankful to have Taylor with me, and I don’t doubt that Taylor’s new role at Issuetrak will ensure our customers and employees always receive the care and attention they deserve and expect from Issuetrak.”
Ms. Ross first joined Issuetrak in 2013 as a senior staff accountant and quickly grew her expertise in human resources, sales, and finance. She has demonstrated her ability to lead team members to success and deliver excellent customer service, helping Issuetrak to maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score above 98%.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations, as well as on the company's Senior Leadership Team. As her career has progressed with Issuetrak, she has recruited top talent throughout the Hampton Roads area and has helped craft a company culture that encourages personal and professional growth for each team member.
“I want to continue a customer-first company culture and create space to grow people internally,” Ms. Ross said of her goals for her new role. “The people make the job.”
Not only is the promotion a notable achievement for Ms. Ross, but it will also allow for more growth and leadership opportunities for the staff she has been managing directly.
