Issuetrak 17.4
  • Magic Sign In Phase 1 - say goodbye to memorizing passwords! If enabled, Magic Sign In will provide a new way to sign into Issuetrak using email (requires Issuetrak Authentication and Outgoing Email).
  • Certificate-based Authentication for Microsoft Applications - admins will be able to authenticate via certificate during Microsoft Application setup.

Issuetrak 17.5
  • Magic Sign In Phase 2 - magic links will allow users to remain signed into Issuetrak for up to 30 days.
  • Issue Create in API V2 + Zapier - use the API and Zapier to create issues in Issuetrak.
  • Visibility of Billing Line Items on Issues - see what line items are associated with an issue while working on it.
  • Additional email and phone number fields for users - it's not uncommon for users to have more than one phone number or email address. Now you can add them to Issuetrak.
  • Track Substatus changes.- Substatuses are a great way to track exactly what's going on with an issue, and knowing how long a ticket was in a particular substatus can be invaluable for auditing and compliance. Substatus tracking in reporting will now allow you to keep tabs on this data. 
  • Close as Duplicate - duplicate issues happen. The Close as Duplicate feature will allow you to link multiple issues together and close the duplicates in a few clicks. Notes with links to the closed issues will be added to show the connection/history, and to simplify navigation between them.

  • Importing - the ability to import entities into Issuetrak (organizations, departments, regions, groups, and users).
  • Webform Capabilities within Issuetrak - Admins will be able to design, deploy, and configure Webforms from within Issuetrak.
  • Issuetrak Companion - a browser-based extension that will provide Issuetrak functionality outside of the application (issue search, issue create, and more)!
  • Issues & API V2 - Create and Access Issues utilizing API V2.
  • AI - empower your agents through AI note assistance, issue summaries, and more. 
  • User & Organization Hub
  • Calendar Integrations - Add events to your external calendar. 
  • Issue / Ticket Avoidance - Promotes the use of self-service and the KB to prevent unnecessary ticket creation. 
  • My Account - see more about your Issuetrak account, our services, and submit feedback, all within the product.
