Agents require a paid license to manage user accounts and are responsible for ticket resolution. Agents can submit tickets for others, assign tickets, or receive ticket assignments. With our Team license model, only agents can access your site.
Users are everyone else. And no matter what you call them (customers, light agents, staff, viewers), users are free! Agents can grant more than 50 permissions to non-agent users so they can open, search, add notes, and view the status of their requests. Users can also design, manage, and complete tasks, issues, and reports. Note, at least one agent with our Support license model is required to unlock unlimited free users.
