This is a game-changer because it means you can connect Issuetrak to hundreds of other apps using Zapier. Turn an email, a form submission, or a Slack message into a new issue with minimal effort.

• Sticky Login for Issuetrak Authentication: Set It and Forget It. Tired of constantly logging back into your site? We get it. With Magic Sign In Phase 2, your magic links can now keep you signed into Issuetrak for up to 30 days. Spend less time authenticating and more time tracking!

• Close as Duplicate: Duplicate issues happen—a lot. Now, when two tickets are twins, you can quickly link them together and close the duplicate in a few clicks. Issuetrak automatically adds a note with a link to the original, so the history is always clean and easy to follow.

• Track Substatus Duration: True story: knowing what happened is good - but knowing how long it took is better. We've added substatus duration tracking to our reporting. See exactly how long a ticket sat in "Pending QA" or "Awaiting Customer Reply." This data is invaluable for optimizing your workflow and meeting those tough compliance requirements.

• Instant Indicators: We added neat little indicators to your Dashboard and Issue Hub. You'll instantly see a count of attachments and whether an issue contains Billing Line Items right next to the ticket. No more clicking just to check!

• Block Risky Files: Running a high-security environment? You now have the option to block potentially risky file types (like executables and scripts) from being uploaded to your site. It's a simple toggle that helps keep your environment safe.

• Windows Server 2025 Support: After some rigorous testing behind the scenes, we've confidently re-introduced support for Windows Server 2025 to our system requirements.
