15.4 brings much needed UI improvements and functionality to the mobile version of Issuetrak – including a new capability available on mobile for the first time.

What's New in 15.4?

We're Mobile Friendly

You can now log into mobile using your Identity Management providers. And with just a click, it's easy to switch between desktop view and mobile view without having to log out first. 

On top of that, an “add to home screen” pop-up at login provides you a mobile friendly shortcut, giving you app accessibility straight from your home screen (where supported).

Admins' "All Restrictions" Page

A centralized “All Restrictions” page allows admins to view and manage all the restrictions you’ve set up on your site, so you can enjoy the oversight you need to keep workflows flowing.

New Datasets

In previous versions, you may have had to go through the motions of totally editing a report just to see who shares it in the first place! With 15.4, no longer will you have to sift through 6 to 7 pages just to see sharing permissions. Now, you can simply see your peers from the get-go, no editing or page flipping necessary.

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

That's right - we've taken care of the pesky pest problem and improved general usability for your ease and peace of mind. Fresh UI/UX updates for mobile improve functionality from every screen.

You'll receive the Cloud update automatically on Tuesday, August 30th, after 10 p.m. ET. Contact us if you'd like to use the new version sooner!
