Anderson Engineering uses Issuetrak as an internal workflow and communications tool between departments. Anyone in the company can submit an issue or be assigned parts of a workflow. To make sure employees stick to routine processes, Anderson Engineering uses “Quick Picks,” or templates, so that standard workflow items are always associated.
The following employees at Anderson Engineering demonstrate a few different User roles you can experience in the demo:
Steven is the office manager in charge of the software. Using the template feature called “Quick Pick,” he sets up the various workflows for Anderson Engineering.
HR Assistant Role
Anna works in Human Resources and handles payroll. She gets an auto-alert when a new employee needs to be added to payroll.
Zach is a manager in the Design department. He’s responsible for several workflows, including submitting new employee on-boarding requests to HR.
