perks + benefits
We take care of our team members with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package that includes a robust healthcare plan, matching 401K, and plenty of PTO. We also provide things like ergonomically designed chairs, standup desks, and new technology to make working here comfortable and exciting. Our team loves to socialize, so we regularly go out for food and drink or get together onsite for a company “brewdiggety.”
Every work day feels like a new adventure with a bunch of close family and friends. I can’t imagine working anywhere else!
I look forward to coming to work! Everyone is recognized for what they do, and employee suggestions are valued. Every day is a challenge, but we still have fun!

Building rock-solid issue tracking software doesn’t happen by accident at Issuetrak or anywhere. We believe passion and craftsmanship are instrumental to developing industry-leading solutions. If crafting high-quality software is your passion, keep reading.
Does this sound like you?
You pride yourself on your ability to develop high-performing, architecturally sound software. You practice code katas and are a self-directed learner to keep your programming skills sharp. You know the importance of unit testing and when to apply design patterns. And, like a Formula-1 pit crew, you tune your code until it runs fast because you know speed matters.
You’re the person the other software engineers ask to review their code because your advice will help them develop software better in performance and structure. Even so, you’re humble when your knowledge and insight surpass that of your peers.
You’re a professional, not a cowboy coder. And, you’re also a team player. You don’t mind pair programming with any of the team because it’s a learning opportunity for everyone. You seek out ways to help your team learn and grow as professional software engineers.
