IssueTrak Non-Hosted Solutions require your own database and Web server. These servers may reside within any environmental configuration—including on the same or separate, dedicated or shared, even physical or virtual machine(s)—that can meet the following basic requirements.

We recommend additional processing power and RAM for optimal performance, especially when using the Issue Auditing, Attachments or Embedded Images optional features. On shared machines, we also recommend keeping the size and number of concurrent server applications to a minimum.

Certain optional features will require supporting components specific to your configuration. This includes Outgoing Email Notifications, Incoming Email Conversions, Active Directory Integration and Screen Pops/Phone Integration.
