Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Hank is the president and chief executive officer of IssueTrak, a company he founded in 1992.
Hank is an entrepreneur who has spent most of his career in the software industry. In 1979, Hank founded his first software company, a business that provided timesharing and application development services for school districts in northern California. Several years later, having sold that business and moved back to Virginia, Hank started Luhring & Associates, a custom software development company with clients that included Norfolk Southern and Volvo Penta. In 2000, Hank saw the opportunity to develop a web-based application that would allow customers to enter support requests online. That product evolved into IssueTrak, and the company changed its name to match the software.
Hank received his degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
In his free time he listens to podcasts, especially Hanselminutes by Scott Hanselman, does tutoring with ForKids, and enjoys kayaking and canoeing.
