IssueTrak offers two installation options. Our on-premises solution gives the most access and control. Our cloud offering is an option that gives customers the flexibility and ease of use of IssueTrak without the resource requirements of installing and maintaining software on their own servers.
On-Premises
When you purchase IssueTrak and install it on your servers, you control all aspects of the software's operations. Operational items such as email frequencies and escalation periods are controlled by your schedules, not schedules set by a group policy on a hosted server. You can access the data tables directly, allowing you to create ways to have IssueTrak interact with third party tools or to upload and retrieve data using IssueTrak's built in API capabilities. Now you can ensure all of your company's security needs are met by controlling access to both the database and the web folders.

IssueTrak Maintenance Plus is required to receive upgrades and hotfixes.

An Annual Lease option is available for customers who want the benefits of an on-premises installation, but without a permanent commitment.
Cloud
IssueTrak's cloud software is a maintenance free, on-demand solution. We will install IssueTrak for you on our servers and provide all of the maintenance and technical support necessary to keep you up and running. You can create Licensed (paid) users as you need them. Our cloud solution includes all of the maintenance, software upgrades and equipment needs.

IssueTrak's hosted sites are housed at Rackspace Managed Hosting in Grapevine, Texas and Herndon, Virginia. Their state-of-the-art hosting facility is designed for maximum reliability and security of your data. Rackspace's secure data centers are equipped with redundant HVAC systems, advanced fire suppression systems, uninterruptible power supplies and more to keep your data safe and secure. These facilities are managed by highly-trained, certified networking and security teams with experience in enterprise level networks.
