The price for your IssueTrak system is based on the number of Licensed users you require and the type of solution you choose. We offer hosted (SaaS) and premise solutions. Our premise solution can be leased annually or purchased outright. An unlimited number of End users are included with your system free of charge.

User options:

 Licensed Users:

Licensed users are the only type of user you are required to pay for with IssueTrak. Licensed users are only those users that need to have permission to:

  • Assign issues
  • Be assigned issues
  • Submit issues on behalf of other users
  • Administer your system

Users that do not need to perform any of the above functions and are available at no charge.


 End Users:

An unlimited number of End users are included with your system for free. These users can be given any combination of 46 user permissions available in IssueTrak. End users can be given very limited permissions that may only allow them to submit their own issues and view your knowledge base. Other End users may be given permission to run reports, assign or be assigned tasks, administrate users, surveys or billing and much more.
