General topics covered in this remote session include advanced organization structures, user roles and attributes, Task Manager, Projects, Knowledge Base, Auto-Assignments, Quick Picks, Recurring Issues, Email Notifications, Escalation Rules, SLAs, Report Writer and more.
User Training - User training is designed to empower your non-administrative users with the information necessary to use IssueTrak successfully. General topics covered in this remote session include submitting issues, creating searches, using the Knowledge Base, setting personal preferences and more.
JumpStart - This session is designed to help new customers quickly set-up and configure IssueTrak in the most effective and efficient manner for their organization. In addition to individualized configuration and implementation assistance, this remote service includes basic Administrator training.
Professional Services - IssueTrak’s professional services team provides a variety of services to assist IssueTrak customers in maximizing the potential of their IssueTrak system. Provided services include, but are not limited to, installation, training, configuration and implementation assistance, data imports, custom programming and consulting. Remote services are performed on an hourly or daily basis.
