Although IssueTrak has always been easy to implement and simple to use, we offer training sessions to help our customers and their end users develop more advanced skills, make full use of the powerful features available in IssueTrak and maximize their investment.

IssueTrak currently offers three different training sessions depending on your role in your organization.

  • Administrator Training I -- This in-depth training session will assist you with implementation and configuration of your IssueTrak system and will provide you with the information and best practices necessary to use IssueTrak to support business processes and procedures across your organization. The main topics covered during this session include:
        • How to establish the fundamental organization structure
        • How to define user experiences from the very limited to the fully functional system administrators.
        • How to customize the look-and-feel of your environment.
        • Automating your procedures in IssueTrak using email processing, notifications, auto-assignments, templates, and more.
  • Administrator Training II --  This session covers more advanced administrative topics including workflow, Global Issues, project management, reporting and the Knowledge Base.
  • User Training – Our user training session is designed for non-administrative users who are submitting and searching issues, and viewing your Knowledge Base. This session will show you and your users how to complete basic tasks in IssueTrak. From multiple ways to submit an issue to researching an issue in the knowledge base, your users will be armed with all the information necessary to use all facets of IssueTrak and make IssueTrak work for them
