We received an overwhelming response, and after weeks of reading through some very interesting essays, we are excited to announce that we have finally chosen a winner!

Ingrid Lecot of Costa Mesa, California has been selected to receive the IssueTrak Help Desk Software Scholarship.

Ingrid will be attending Baylor University in Fall of 2014. Her Major area of study will be Business Administration.

Ingrid's essay emphasized suggestions for instantaneous access to resources by creating software intelligent enough to complete basic preliminary questions and provide immediate solutions before even reaching a live voice. In addition, suggested how useful it would be to implement self-help functions within social sites.
