Task 3 - Mapping organizations

Map each organization-based Group/OU on this server to its corresponding organization record.

1- Scroll to the ‘Determining Organization’ section of the Active Directory Server Information screen.

2- Enter an organization-based AD Group/OU in the field provided.

3- Click the search icon next to the field provided for IssueTrak organization.

4- Select the organization this particular AD Group/OU should be mapped to in the Select Organization window that appears.

5- Click Update to save this mapping.

The message “Record updated successfully" will appear when the mapping has been saved. Repeat these steps for each organization-based Group/OU on this server and its corresponding organization record.
