There is only one query string definition related to issue parameters:
<http://issuetraksite.com>/Issue_View.asp?IssueNumber=X
This string should be configured to apply only to calls received with a caller-entered value (issue number). When defining this string, please replace <http://issuetraksite.com> with the fully qualified domain name of the IssueTrak site.
X will equal the issue number provided by the caller as determined by the phone system.
In addition to configuration of the query string, a system message will need to activated prompting the caller to enter (or speak—depending on the technology) an issue number if they are calling about an existing issue.
