1- Go to Main Menu > Projects (or its customized menu label) > Project Substatus > List All
2- Click “del” next to the appropriate substatus
3- Click “OK” when prompted, “Are you sure you want to delete this Project Substatus?”
The message “Project Substatus successfully deleted” will display upon completion.
