For each AD server that will be communicating with IssueTrak, the AD Module requires certain properties. If using AD Groups/OUs to determine locations and departments, additional properties are required.
These tasks can only be performed by an IssueTrak user with at least the “Can access and maintain Administration functions” permission.
Task 1 - Adding specifications of the AD server
Task 2 - Mapping user attributes
Task 3 - Mapping organizations
Task 4 - Mapping locations
Task 5 - Mapping departments
Task 6 - Performing a Search Test
These tasks must be repeated for each AD server that will be communicating with IssueTrak.
