Active Directory Module
This document provides administrator level information and instruction regarding the IssueTrak Active Directory Module. It includes general information, as well as preparation, configuration and implementation details intended for IssueTrak and/or Active Directory administrators.
Information and instruction regarding all Active Directory Module-related user level capabilities is provided in separate Quick Reference Guides. User level capabilities are optional. Should you choose to implement any of these capabilities, Using Single Sign On, Using Self Service AD Password Reset and Using AD Reset Quick Reference Guides may be conveniently distributed to the appropriate users.
