Only users with “Sys Admin” permissions can activate Substatuses within your system.

1-  Go to Administration > System > System Settings > Optional Fields.

2-  Select “Issue Substatus.”

3-  Click Update.

The message Parameters successfully updated” will display and the Substatus menu option will appear in the Administration Menu when the update is complete.
