Complete Your To Do List with Task Options

The IssueTrak task feature can help to keep a consistent workflow processing to get daily tasks completed. 

Internally, we use checklists implemented via IssueTrak Task feature to specify all kinds of processes, from adding a new hosted customer, doing an onsite customer visit, sending out an evaluation copy to a prospect, to adding a new employee and more.

One of the most popular examples used both internally and by our customers is a standard set of tasks (or "checklist") for bringing on a new employee. And by utilizing the task groups feature, everything from the HR aspect to the IT and Facilities pieces can be included. In addition, the system can make prioritizing much easier by utilizing the dependencies option. For example, Task 3 cannot be completed until Tasks 1 and 2 have been completed. 

The “To Do List” hasn’t much evolved in terms of its primary purpose: the need to plan our day and manage time effectively, but there has been a progression in terms of its complexity. Today, the need for better to do lists extends from creating them, the order of them, and most importantly, how to complete them efficiently has never been more important. Keeping track of what you need to do with IssueTrak Task feature offers various options for efficiently streamlining processes and the way you get things done.
