DeskNotifier is an application which is specially designed for the Android platform that will help you to get your Android mobile notification such as calls, SMS messages, Gmail, Facebook notifications, etc instantly to your Windows PC. The amazing feature of this app is that your hands don't ever need to leave your computer keyboard to sift through texts on your phone. You can send and respond to texts directly from your PC, so there is no needing get up and check your Android smartphone phone unless you have answer a call.
This application has two parts, one is the installer for your Android phone and the other one is for your desktop. The application will work silently in the background without even disturbing you and whenever there is any notification on your phone it will automatically be shown in the bottom corner of your desktop screen. This application connects your PC and your Phone over WiFi or with a USB cable. Whenever there is a connection between both the devices, all your notifications will be pushed to your computer screen.
For WiFi connection: Connect your PC and your Phone to the same WiFi network. On your PC, right click on the DeskNotifier icon in the taskbar, choose connection setup and then choose WiFi. Select the “WiFi” tab and insert the IP-Address of your Phone. You can find the Address in the App.
For USB connection: At your phone, go to Settings > Applications > Development and check USB-Debugging. At your PC, right click on the DeskNotifier icon in the taskbar, choose connection setup and then choose USB
