As we go into Week 7 of the Biggest Loser Contest, promoting health and wellness continues to be a priority within the entire IssueTrak Organization. Last week, IssueTrak provided employees with the opportunity to take part in a personal onsite health screening offered by Optima Health.
Optima Health provided on the spot results and explained what the results meant. Optima also provided a lot of free stuff like pedometers, handy snack guides, meditation information and cd with calming music.
Another workshop will soon follow with IssueTrak's Optima Rep, showing participants how to take full advantage of their member web portal wellness tools.
