Users or Group members can now be granted permission to close only issues they have submitted.
In addition to "Can Close Issues" an additional Issue Maintenance Permission has been added to "Limit to Issues submitted by this user". This permission allows a User or Group to be granted the permission to close their own issues, without opening up the workflow process to allow them to close other issues they can view.
For example: In the screenshot below the user would be allowed to close any Issue they had access to.
However, with the combined permissions shown in the screen shot below the User would only have the permissions to close Issues they had submitted, or that had been submitted on their behalf.
To Fully Utilize this Feature, Specific User permissions must be activated within the User or Group portions of your Administration menu.
