Assign To Me

Managing issues is even now easier with the Assign to me
feature.

The one click option allows you to assign an issue to yourself on either the Issue View or the Unassigned Issues screen. The Assign to me option is especially useful for users with limited time needing to assign issues to themselves throughout the day.

 
For example:
 
From the Issue View screen, in the top right hand side, you’ll see an icon “assign to me.”
Clicking this icon will refresh the screen and the issue will now be assigned to you.


 
From the Unassigned Issues screen, you will see a list of all open unassigned issues.  At the bottom of the list will be two buttons, “Select All” and “Assign to me.”   When a User selects the appropriate Issue(s) and clicks on the "Assign to me" button, a message will appear: "Selected Issues will be assigned to you.  Click OK to continue or Cancel to leave Unassigned."  If OK is selected, all checked Issues get assigned to the logged in User and the message “Assignments were successfully changed!” appears.



To utilize this feature,
A user must have the Can assign Issues and Can be assigned Issues Advanced (Licensed) Permissions.
