As IssueTrak continues to bring together a team of talented and unique individuals, this month’s employee spotlight shines on two long time employees that have taken their IssueTrak expertise and transitioned into new positions within the IssueTrak organization.
Even though both individuals' in this month's spotlight career focus started with supporting our customers, one as a Quick Response Team Manager and the other as a Support Analyst, there is no "typical" IssueTrak employee; most in the organization wear a lot of different hats on a day-to-day basis and work closely as a team. Yet, as the company continues to grow a need for additional resources were recognized for the demands within different departments. The ProServices Team is very pleased to announce the addition of Paul Harris, Product Engineer to the ProServices team. Paul will be assisting the team with guiding customers through their training and configuration. Additionally, he will serve as a resource for our Support team and Sales team as an expert in the operation and configuration of IssueTrak when specific configurations for sites or usage questions arise.
Lisa Cockrell has moved on from Quick Response Team Manager to taking the position of Quality Assurance Manager. With Lisa's outstanding reputation for quick response to issues, high standards, and strong knowledge of IssueTrak Development she will lead the Quality Assurance Team assuring consistent quality of the production with development testing, validating processes, providing documentation, managing and assisting the Quality Assurance team.
